Carey Goldberg, co-author of WBUR's CommonHealth blog

Carey Goldberg, co-author of WBUR's popular CommonHealth blog, moderates a panel discussion on the current thinking about lyme disease: how to prevent it, how to handle it and how to change our thinking and our behavior as tick-borne illness becomes an unfortunate but widespread part of our world. The discussion starts at 5:30 p.m. at Fenway Health and is FREE - just RSVP on our Meetup page so we'll know how many snacks to bring.

The panel discussion will feature speakers Dr. Thomas N. Mather (Director, University of Rhode Island Center for Vector-Borne Disease & TickEncounter Resource Center), Rep. David Linsky (Mass. House of Representatives, 5th Middlesex District), and Dr. Sheila Statlender (Clinical Psychologist).

For more information about lyme disease and other tick-borne illnesses, visit the Commonhealth blog lyme disease topic area.
