Clinical Interests LGBT medicine, women’s medicine, HIV/AIDS, osteopathic manipulation, Functional Medicine (specialized laboratory tests and nutritional support for optimal health and longevity), diabetes and pre-diabetes, complementary and alternative medicine (CAM).

Research Projects and Interests: HIV and substance abuse, alternative and specialty laboratory test validity, diabetes risk assessment, Functional Medicine, attitudes of medical students towards LGBT people, omega 3 fatty acids in preventative health, Rolfing and osteopathy, the HIV-osteoporosis connection.
