CONSUMER ADVISORY BOARD

Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide a forum through which people living with HIV/AIDS or their caregivers, parents, and guardians can provide meaningful input into the development of policies, practices, and programmatic issues affecting the lives of consumers and individuals at risk.

What does the Consumer Advisory Board do?
The overall goal of the Consumer Advisory Board is to advise the Management Team of Fenway Health on the planning and development of a continuum of high quality, culturally sensitive, cost effective, client centered health care supportive services for persons with HIV disease and their Families. Members of the Consumer Advisory Board are encouraged to seek suggestions and / or complaints from recipients of health services at Fenway Health and transmit this information to the Consumer Advisory Board.

Who is on the Consumer Advisory Board?
Consumer Advisory Board membership consists of patients and consumers who live in the Boston metro area. The Consumer Advisory Board seeks a diverse membership inclusive of people of all ages, races, ethnic  groups, and sexual orientations.

Want to get involved?
Consumer Advisory Board meetings are held monthly in the early evening at Fenway Health, 1340 Boylston Street, Boston. Anyone interested in attending a meeting or joining is encouraged to call 617.927.6178.
