Molly Goodwin Molly is the directing partner for LPL Financial - Winchester. LPL Financial is the largest independent Broker Dealer in the country. Her Winchester franchise is a group practice with clients throughout the nation which focuses on wealth management, pension/401(k) plans, family foundations and comprehensive individual and business financial planning. Prior to her role at LPL she worked at Ameriprise Financial and The Western Group. |
Molly is a member and captain of the Boston Militia women’s professional football team. Additionally, she and her firm are involved with several community service programs including: the Jenks Senior Center, AbilityPlus (a nonprofit organization helping people with disabilities get involved with sports) and Gulf Coast Volunteers for the Long Haul (a nonprofit organization of volunteers committed to rebuilding communities in Louisiana and Mississippi). She is also involved in various youth outreach programs.
Molly supports Fenway Health because of the unique care Fenway provides to the community, and in particular the special needs of the LGBT youth.

Deb Graeber Deb currently serves as Vice President of US Life Systems at John Hancock. Deb has spent the majority of her 16-year career in Financial Services. She was formerly with Fidelity Investments where she held a number of roles within Retail Brokerage, from a Registered Sales Representative to Vice President of Product Development and most recently Vice President of Stock Plan Services Distribution. |
Deb actively participates in fundraising to support charities through events. In 2009, Deb completed the 113th Boston Marathon as part of a John Hancock sponsored program where she raised money for the City of Boston’s Parks and Recreation fund to provide inner city kids summer jobs. Also in 2009, Deb participated in the Best Buddies Challenge cycling from Boston to Hyannis to raise money for services that support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
As for her involvement with Fenway, she says “Fenway holds a special place for me. In the spring of 2003, by chance, I was invited to the Fenway Women’s Dinner Party. It was the first time in my life that I had ever seen so many women in one place. I can remember thinking; this is what ‘community’ is all about. Anything is possible when a group of people come together as one! The Women’s Dinner Party is a tremendous way to educate individuals on the importance of community support and Fenway’s efforts to serve those who are often overlooked and underserved. I am energized by the opportunity to serve a dynamic organization that promotes health and happiness.”

June Kelly June is Chief Operating Officer for Academic Enterprises, a New England-based firm that operates a group of post-secondary vocational training schools. Ms. Kelly has worked in the education sector for more than twenty years. Her primary focus has been systems development and management, along with regulatory compliance. |
June has found a tremendous sense of personal growth and fulfillment outside of her work life by becoming very active in Boston’s LGBT community. Not long after her first steps at Pride some years ago, she volunteered to help organize and manage a number of area conferences that focused on outreach and medical issues. More recently, she became more deeply involved with fundraising for organizations such as GLAD, and of course, Fenway.
From her first experience as a guest at the Women’s Dinner Party five years ago, June realized the importance to the community of Fenway’s work. Eager to play a part in helping Fenway achieve its goals, she became a table captain and Event Team member for the Dinner Party and also joined the Board of Visitors. Asked to describe what Fenway means to her, June says, “Fenway is an invaluable resource to the community on so many levels. As a health services provider, a research center, and as a tangible symbol of what is possible for a community to accomplish together. It is hard to imagine a more valuable asset.” June adds that, “working with Fenway has been a genuine privilege and not surprisingly, a lot of fun. I am honored to do what I can to make sure it continues to have the resources to serve our community.”

Rich Gardner Rich is Senior Vice President at Gerson Lehrman Group where he leads a global business development team. Prior to joining GLG (and his return to Boston more than 3 years ago), Rich was based in Washington, D.C., where he worked as Associate Director for the American Constitution Society for Law and Policy, a non—profit organization dedicated to moving law and public policy in a progressive direction. His responsibilities focused on building out a national organization of chapters consisting of local lawyers and policy makers.

A practicing attorney with O’Melveny & Myers prior to ACS, Rich
drove to Iowa to join John Kerry’s campaign for President. By the time
of the general election campaign, Rich was managing the campaign’s
political outreach in 12 states.
In addition to his role working for progressive change at the American Constitution Society, Rich has also volunteered with the Boston Children’s Chorus to help organize the annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Concert. He actively supports The Trevor Project for GLBT suicide prevention, the American Cancer Society, and a number of political causes.
He joined the Men’s Event Team in 2007. Rich is honored to be a new member of the Fenway Board of Visitors. Rich observes, “Fenway Health is an organization, a mission, a building, and a staff to be proud of. Any community should be so lucky to have an organization like Fenway focused on its well-being and the fact Fenway is focused on the GLBT community drives me to support it however I can.” On serving as a Chair for the Men’s Event, Rich writes, “For me, it’s about impact and this signature annual event offers a unique opportunity to have impact. If folks can have a little fun at the same time, all the better!”

Benjamin D. Perkins Ben is Project Director of a federally funded HIV-prevention feasibility study, Project SOS (Saving OurSelves), at the Fenway Institute at Fenway Health. He has also served as the Director of Men’s Action Life Empowerment Center (MALE Center) at AIDS Action Committee of Massachusetts, as well as the Associate Director of capacity building and community-based research at AIDS Project Los Angeles (APLA), both federally funded HIV-prevention projects. All told, he has had a decade of experience in the field of HIV-prevention and education. |
Ben Perkins is a native of Los Angeles who moved to Boston in 1996, where he attended and received his master’s of divinity degree from Harvard University Divinity School. Ben’s other interests include public health-community-based-participatory research, critical theory, spiritual development, HIV-prevention education, spiritual development theory, and alternative health and wellness practices. Additionally, he is an active board member of the Mass Equality Education Fund and Pathways to Wellness, both non-profit agencies in the Boston area, and he has served as a board member for the Gay Men’s Domestic Violence Project and the Gay Lesbian Straight Education Network.
Ben has been active with the Men’s Event Team since 2005.

John Prince John is currently an Assistant Vice President in Mutual Funds at State Street Corporation, and has been with State Street for 10 years servicing multiple client relationships. Prior to State Street he worked for Putnam Investments, JPMorgan Chase, and First Data Corporation servicing mutual funds.

This network supports State Street’s Global Inclusion initiative which addresses employee engagement, diversity and inclusion. John is also active on other State Street committees dedicated to supporting Global Inclusion, in addition to being on the events committee for the Greater Boston Business Council.
As a past Men’s Event table captain, Event Team member and Fenway supporter, John is honored to be involved with the Fenway organization. He writes, “As someone who was introduced to Fenway representing a corporate sponsor, I was extremely impressed not only by the value and services that Fenway provides to our community, but the dedication and energy of the staff and their supporters. As a result I wanted to become involved and make a difference. I look forward to continue helping Fenway reach out and engage the community.” On his role as Event Chair he says, “I like to think that with my diverse background working with both for-profit and non-profit organizations I can add value and bring some new ideas that will allow the 2010 Men’s Event to be the most successful to date.”
