Volunteer Registration Form Thank you for your support of Fenway Health and your interest in volunteering your time and talent at our events. The Women's Dinner Party will be held on Saturday, March 13, 2010, at the Boston Marriott Copley Place from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m., and the Men's Event will take place in the same location about a month later, on Saturday, April 10, 2010.  These events combined will bring together over 2,500 LGBT people and their supporters, volunteers and political and community leaders - all in support of Fenway Health.  If you would like to volunteer, please fill out the form below.  We will be in touch regarding your assignment and volunteer orientation.  If you have any questions, contact us at nfoley@fenwayhealth.org or 617.927.6350.   Volunteer *1. Question - Required - Which event would you prefer to volunteer at: The Men's Event   Please report to the Boston Marriott Copley Place at 5 p.m. on the evening of the event.     Volunteer Orientation We will hold volunteer orientations for The Men's Event from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at Fenway Health, 1340 Boylston Street, Boston, on Wednesday, March 31, 2010.  Please plan on attending.   2. Question - Not Required - If you are volunteering with a group, let us know their name.   *3. Question - Required - Please let us know if you are interested in a particular volunteer role or if we can place you where we most need you. We cannot guarantee a particular volunteer assignment, but we will try our best to accommodate requests. Guest Services - Welcome guests to the event, help them locate their table, and help process silent auction purchases in the later part of the evening Silent Auction, etc. - Help guests participate in the Silent Auction, raffle, and other fundraising activities.
