Racial Equity Action Plan at Fenway Health: Public Comment Period

Phase Two: Tightening Our Focus, Refining Our Vision

Fenway Health completed Phase One of the Racial Equity Action Plan (REAP) in June. The Racial Equity and Social Justice team is shepherding a process for a clearer vision of the next year and a half. Thus far, we have engaged Fenway Staff about the REAP and its desired impact through June 2024.

We seek engagement with the greater Fenway Health community and external stakeholders by way of a public comment period on the organization’s realigned priorities. The purpose of this comment period is to gather feedback from our staff, patients, clients, and stakeholders about this next phase in our journey toward being an antiracist organization. We hope to release the final version of this realignment in early January 2023.

To assist with this public comment period we have scheduled a virtual forum on December 15, 2022 at 5:30 PM ET and welcome you to RSVP using the link below to receive an emailed invitation. While this forum provides Fenway the opportunity to formally introduce the proposed priorities for Phase Two, please note that participation is not required to share public comment. Accompanying materials will be available via Fenway Health’s Strategic Plan and Racial Equity Action Plan webpage one day in advance.

Please register on Zoom here.
